摘　　要：目的:探讨全程质控管理对消毒供应中心护理质量及医院感染的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年3月消毒供应中心实施消毒灭菌的医疗器械128件。消毒供应中心2019年4-9月实施常规管理模式(对照组),共纳入住院患者100例;2019年10月-2020年3月实施全程质控管理模式(试验组),共纳入住院患者100例。比较全程质控管理模式实施前后消毒供应中心的护理质量及院内感染发生率。结果:试验组护理质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组器械清洗消毒质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者院内感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程质控管理可提高消毒供应中心的护理质量及工作效率,从而提高医疗器械的清洗消毒质量,减少院内感染发生。Objective:To explore the effect of quality control management on nursing quality and nosocomial infection in disinfection supply center.Methods:From April 2019 to March 2020,128 medical devices which were disinfected and sterilized in the center of disinfection and supply were selected.The routine management model(control group)was implemented from April to September 2019,and a total of 100 hospitalized patients were enrolled.The whole process quality control management model(experimental group)was implemented from October 2019 to March 2020,and a total of 100 hospitalized patients were enrolled.The nursing quality and the incidence of nosocomial infection of disinfection supply center before and after the implementation of quality control management model were compared.Results:The scores of nursing quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the instrument cleaning and disinfection quality of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)..Conclusion:The whole process quality control management can improve the nursing quality and working efficiency of the disinfection supply center,thus improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection of medical devices,reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
