摘  要:随着电力系统自动化水平的提高和微机型自动化装置广泛应用,尤其是电站计算机监控系统、故障录波系统、安稳控制系统、电能量采集系统、继电保护、同步相量测量装置、事件顺序(SOE)等重要系统,高精度对时显得尤为重要。介绍了白鹤滩电站的卫星时钟同步系统的结构和各系统的对时方式,该方案满足了白鹤滩电站的整体授时要求,具有很好的对时效果。With the improvement of the automation level of power systems and the wide application of microcomputer automation systems and devices such as computer monitoring system,fault recording system,safety and stability control system,electric energy acquisition system,relay protection device,synchronous phasor measuring device,and sequence of event(SOE)system,highly accurate time synchronization is of particular importance.The composition and structure of the satellite-based clock synchronization system applied in the giant-scale Beihetan Hydropower Station and the time synchronization methods are introduced.The designed scheme fulfills the overall time service requirements and has a good time synchronization performance.
