摘  要:滑环装置在线监测技术涉及发电设备、在线监测及运行管理等多个领域。刷握和传感器集成设计平衡监测传感器种类多与安装空间狭小之间的矛盾。以故障树概率重要度作为监测传感器种类选择依据,利用小滑环结构解决线束过热和缠绕疲劳老化难题,分析刷盒分流和碳刷弹跳对监测数据精度的影响,采取物理阻断分流方法和检周期抽帧测量方法减小测量数据误差。实验结果表明,该方案结构简单可靠,监测数据准确度高。The online monitoring technology of slip-ring device involves various fields such as the power generator equipment,online monitoring and operation management.The integrated design of the brush holder and the monitoring sensors must resolve the contradiction between the variety of the sensors and the limited installation space.Thus,the probability importance from the fault tree analysis is adopted as the basis for selecting the types of the sensors.Small slip-ring structure is used to solve the overheating and winding fatigue aging problems of wires.The influences of the brush box shunt and carbon brush bounce on the accuracy of monitoring data are analyzed.Physical blocking shunt method and frame sampling measurement method are adopted to reduce the measurement error.The experimental results show that the proposed structure is simple and reliable,and the accuracy of monitoring data is high.
