摘  要:某水电站巨型水轮发电机转子磁极在出厂交流耐压试验中多次出现磁极L围带处铁支撑板对磁极线圈放电故障,且发生频率较大,容易造成磁极围带处绝缘性能降低最终引起发电机转子接地,对发电机安全稳定运行构成极大危险。通过分析磁极结构原理和L围带处装配工艺,查找故障原因,最终从磁极L围带装配工艺上采取优化对策,使产生故障的潜在因素得到有效处理。In the factory AC withstand voltage test of the magnetic poles of the giant hydro-turbine generators in a large-scale hydropower station,discharge from the L-shaped iron support plate of the shroud ring to the magnetic pole coils is observed for many times and in a high frequency.The discharge may deteriorate the insulation performance of the pole shroud ring and cause the grounding fault of the generator rotor,which poses a great threat to the safe and stable operation of the generator.With the analysis of the magnetic pole structure and the assembly process of the L-shaped shroud ring,causes of the fault are determined.Treatment measures are then proposed for the assembly process of the L-shaped shroud ring,which successfully eliminate the causes the problem.
