摘　　要：通过融合马克思国际价值论和李嘉图比较优势理论,从贸易的动力基础和贸易条件二维角度考察国际贸易摩擦的内在动因,采用制造业的时间序列和行业面板数据寻求国际贸易摩擦的异质性内在影响因素。研究发现:贸易摩擦的原因逐步从“贸易失衡”转变为“产业国际竞争力提升和技术进步”,其中产业国际竞争力对异质性贸易摩擦均产生影响,非产品贸易摩擦成为主要形式,技术进步成为其主要原因。在新冠肺炎疫情影响下各国贸易摩擦可能会再次扩大,中国应该从异质性贸易摩擦角度出发采取应对措施,如加强研发投入、提高技术水平和出口产业国际竞争力,继续深入了解贸易规则和主张市场经济地位等。By combining Marx’s theory of international value and Ricardo’s comparative advantage theory,this paper examines the internal motivations of international trade friction from the two-dimensional perspective of the dynamic basis of trade and terms of trade,and uses the time series of manufacturing and industry panel data to find the internal factors affecting the heterogeneity of international trade frictions.The study found that the cause of trade friction has gradually changed from“trade imbalance”to“industrial international competitiveness enhancement and technological progress”.Among them,the international competitiveness of industries has an impact on heterogeneous trade friction.Non-product trade friction has become the main form of trade friction,and technological progress has become the main cause of trade friction.Under the influence of COVID-19,trade frictions between countries may expand again.China should take countermeasures from the perspective of heterogeneous trade frictions,such as increasing R&D investment,improving technological level and international competitiveness of export industries,continuing to understand trade rules and advocating market economy status.
