摘  要:黄庭坚具有茶人气质,他讲究烹茶技艺。在茶水的选择和煎煮方面,他偏爱山泉活水,也精通茶水的煎煮火候。黄庭坚笔下茶叶品种异常丰富,在茶叶的鉴别和烹煎上,他精于茶叶品质的分辨,推重双井茶,并且按照茶品优劣选择烹煎方式。营造茶境氛围时,黄庭坚崇尚人境和谐,环境优美,流露出浓郁的文人气质和禅趣追求。Huang Tingjian had the temperament of a tea maker,and he paid special attention to the skill of brewing tea.In terms of the choice of tea and decocting,he preferred mountain spring fresh water and was proficient in the decocting temperature of tea.Huang Tingjian described a very rich variety of tea.In the identification and cooking of tea leaves,he was good at distinguishing the quality of tea leaves,promoting Shuangjing tea,and choosing the way of cooking according to the quality of the tea.When creating the atmosphere of tea,Huang Tingjian advocated harmony between people and environment,and the environment was beautiful,revealing rich literati temperament and pursuit of Zen interests.
