摘　　要：在工业自动化控制的现场,智能仪器仪表被广泛应用,在距离较远的仪表和电气设备之间进行信号传输时,往往存在信号串扰、地线干扰、共模及差模噪声,常使用4~20 mA电流环隔离模块进行隔离。本研究分析了目前常用的隔离模块的类型、工作原理和特点,介绍了一种独特的电磁隔离、后级馈电、接收型隔离电路,并设计了一款由分立元件搭建的低成本4~20 mA无源电流环隔离模块。In the industrial automation field,large numbers of intelligent instruments have been applied.While longdistance transmitting signals between instruments and electrical equipments,various kind of problems always occur,such as signal crosstalk,ground line interference,common-mode and differential mode noise.So 4~20 mA current loop isolation modules are frequently used.This paper analyzes the types,working principles and characteristics of the commonly used isolation modules,introduces a unique electromagnetic isolation,post-feed,receiving isolation circuit,and designs a low-cost 4~20 mA passive current loop isolation module built by discrete components.
