城乡居民环保意识、行为的分化与趋同研究

摘　　要：生态文明建设是新时代中国特色社会主义的重要组成部分。从中国社会综合调查问卷的调查数据发现:居民环保意识、行为表现出城乡与城市内部的双重二元分化状态;受教育程度和收入水平相对较高的居民对环境问题的关注程度、环保行为频率相对更高,居民对环境问题严重程度的判断差异趋于缩小;户籍身份及生活经历的不同使得教育、收入对居民环保意识与行为存在异质性影响。推进户籍制度及其他粘附制度改革,有助于提高城乡劳动力资源配置和消除城乡分化现象,进而缩小不同户籍身份居民环保意识与行为差异,教育、收入对提高居民环境行为频率的积极作用也将得到增强。The goal of building a modern socialist power of"prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony and beauty"put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has for the first time raised the construction of ecological civilization as an important part of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Based on the survey data of China's social comprehensive questionnaire,this paper investigates the dual duality of urban-rural and internal urban-rural and urban residents'environmental awareness and behavior.The study found that residents with relatively high levels of education and income pay more attention to environmental issues and the frequency of environmental protection behaviors,and the difference of residents'judgment of environmental problems severity tended to narrow.It was further found that the differences in registered residence status and life experience made education and income have heterogeneous effects on Residents'environmental awareness and behavior.Therefore,promoting the reform of registered residence system and other adherence systems will help to improve the allocation of urban and rural labor resources and eliminate the phenomenon of urban rural differentiation,and thus reduce the differences in environmental awareness and behavior among registered residence residents.The positive role of education and income in improving the frequency of residents'Environmental behavior will also be enhanced.
