摘  要:目的:探讨双低剂量扫描在256排极速CT冠脉成像中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月-2019年12月在我院行冠状动脉CTA检查的60例患者的影像学资料,其中30例采用双低剂量扫描技术,30例采用常规剂量扫描,扫描数据采用自适应性统计迭代(ASIR)的重建技术重建图像。对比分析两种扫描方式图像质量的CT值、噪声、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)及有效辐射剂量(ED)、平均碘摄入量。结果:两种扫描技术图像质量的CT值、噪声、SNR对比差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),双低剂量组的CNR高于常规剂量组、双低剂量组的ED、平均碘摄入量低于常规剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:双低剂量扫描技术能提供更好的CNR的同时降低患者的ED及平均碘摄入量。Objective To investigate the application value of dual low-dose scanning in 256 slice CT coronary angiography.Methods The imaging data of 60 patients who underwent coronary CTA in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,including 30 patients using dual low-dose scanning technology and 30 patients using conventional dose scanning,the scanning data were reconstructed by adaptive statistical iteration(ASIR)reconstruction technology.CT value,noise,signal to noise ratio(SNR),contrast to noise ratio(CNR),effective radiation dose(ED)and average iodine intake of the two scanning methods were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in CT value,noise and SNR between the two scanning techniques(P﹥0.05),the CNR of the double low dose group was significantly higher than that of the conventional dose group,and the ED and average iodine intake of the double low dose group were significantly lower than that of the conventional dose group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Dual low-dose scanning technology can provide better CNR while reducing ED and average iodine intake.
