摘　　要：本文以24所大学章程文本为研究对象,借助分析软件获取数据,形成定量描述基础,主要分析和探讨章程样本表现在词汇、句法、语篇等层面上的风格特征,然后借助社会认知学中的“语境模型”理论对这些特征产生的语境原因进行社会视域的解读。从样本来看,我国大学章程虽然有同质化倾向,但仍部分反映了各校的办学特点,体现了章程制定者对高等教育相关社会情景元素尤其是体裁、时代和关系要素的选择和适应。Computer software offers the possibility to search and explore the stylistic characteristics of Chinese university constitutions via different interfaces.Van Dijk’s context model helps interpret the reasons behind the linguistic and extra-linguistic characteristics of these constitutions.
