摘　　要：回转减速器是潜孔凿岩钻机上的重要部件。本文介绍的回转器采用行星齿轮式减速机构,具有体积小、结构紧凑、传动比大、传动效率高、运行平稳的特点。文中叙述了行星齿轮式减速器的原理及结构,介绍了潜孔凿岩钻机回转器的结构设计、参数选择过程,详细计算了减速器各齿轮的强度及疲劳强度。The rotary reducer is a key compoment of the DTH rock drill.The rotary reducer covered in this paper uses the planetary gear reducing mechanism and features small footprint,compact structure,large gear ratio,high transimmission efficiency and smooth operation.The paper decribes the operation and structure of the planetary gear reducer,covers the structure design and parameters selection of the rotary reducer of the DTH rock drill,and calculates the strength and fatigue strength of individual gears in the reducer.
