摘 要:通过喷焊层厚度、淬硬层深度、杆体理化性能、显微组织及断口形貌、化学成份分析,对喷焊光杆进行断裂失效分析。杆体理化性能分析表明,杆体硬度在径向由内至外有逐步增加的趋势,不同的径向深度具有不同的显微组织,断口形貌分析显示失效方式主要为疲劳断裂失效,杆体裂纹源沿着杆体径向分布,分析原因可知断裂位置位于打卡处,杆体表面有咬伤,造成应力集中,同时喷焊层、淬硬层两层硬层的存在降低了光杆疲劳性能,长时间使用会发生断裂失效。By analyzing the thickness of spray welding layer,the depth of hardened layer,the physical and chemical properties,microstructure,fracture morphology and chemical composition of the rod,the fracture failure of spray welded polished rod was analyzed.The analysis of physical and chemical properties of the rod shows that the hardness of the rod increases gradually from the inside to the outside in the radial direction.Different radial depths have different microstructures.The fracture morphology analysis shows that the main failure mode is fatigue fracture failure.The crack source of the rod distributes along the radial direction of the rod.The reason is that the fracture position is at the punch point,and there is bite on the surface of the rod,causing stress concentration.At the same time,spray welding is carried out The existence of two layers of hard layer,hardening layer,reduces the fatigue performance of polished rod,and fracture failure will occur after long-term use.
