摘　　要：履带式掘进钻车用行走马达多采用液压先导控制,只有一档速度最大值,此控制方法速度范围波动大,且需要低速行走的工况下,速度调节不能精准控制。本文提出一种用于行走马达速度切换的控制方法,可以精确控制行走马达高速、低速快速切换,使其适应工况的多样性,提高整车工作性能。the walking motor of crawler type roadheader mostly adopts hydraulic pilot control,which only has the maximum speed of the first gear.The speed range of this control method fluctuates greatly,and the speed adjustment is not accurate under the conditions of climbing and other low-speed walking.In this paper,a control method for the speed switching of the walking motor is proposed,which can control the high and low speed switching of the walking motor.The walking speed control is more accurate,and can adapt to the diversity of working conditions,and improve the walking performance of the whole vehicle.
