摘  要:【目的】探究丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)对Pb环境下樟树生长的影响及生理调节机制,为菌根化樟树幼苗在Pb污染环境下的应用提供参考依据。【方法】以樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)2年生幼苗为材料开展盆栽试验。设置AMF处理和Pb浓度2个因素。AMF处理分接种与不接种(CK),接种菌种为近明球囊霉(Claroideoglomus claroideum);Pb浓度分4个梯度,分别是0、1、2、4 mmol/L。测定幼苗生长(株高、地径、根系形态、生物量)和生理(抗氧化酶、丙二醛、渗透调节物质)指标。【结果】在4种Pb浓度中,接种AMF显著促进樟树幼苗的株高、地径和根系生长,并提高各器官及全株生物量。按照Pb浓度梯度,接种组幼苗与CK组相比,株高分别增加145%、141%、155%、96%,地径分别增加73%、61%、59%、53%,总生物量分别提高4.6倍、4.59倍、5.57倍、3.65倍,均以4 mmol/L的Pb浓度处理下增加最少。AMF接种处理也显著影响樟树幼苗的生理指标。在所有Pb处理中,接种组与CK组相比,超氧化物歧化酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量降低,丙二醛含量减少(无Pb处理除外),过氧化物酶活性和可溶性糖含量增加。【结论】Pb胁迫环境下AMF能够促进樟树幼苗生长,调节其生理活性,提高其耐Pb能力。同时,这种促进效应受到Pb浓度的影响,浓度较高时促进作用减小。[Objective]In order to provide a reference for the application of mycorrhizal fungi under Pb pollution,the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)on the growth of Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl and its physiological regulatory mechanism were investigated.[Method]Two-year-old seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora were selected as materials for pot experiments.AMF inoculation treatment(Claroideoglomus claroideum)under four Pb concentrations(0,1,2,4 mmol/L)were set in this study.The seedling growth parameters(plant height,ground diameter,root morphology,and biomass)as well as the physiological characteristics(antioxidant enzyme,malondialdehyde,and osmotic adjustment substances)were measured.[Result]The plant height,ground diameter,root growth,the biomass of each organ and total seedlings were significantly improved by inoculating AMF at different Pb concentrations.Compared with the non-inoculation treatment,the plant heights increased by 145%,141%,155%and 96%,the ground diameters increased by 73%,61%,59%and 53%,and the total biomasses increased by 4.60,4.59,5.57 and 3.65 times when inoculating AMF at the four Pb concentrations,respectively;moreover,the least increase was found in the treatment of 4 mmol/L Pb concentration.In addition,the physiological parameters of the seedlings were also affected by inoculating AMF.Compared with the non-inoculation treatment,the superoxide dismutase activity,proline and soluble protein content decreased,malondialdehyde content reduced(except the treatment without Pb),while the peroxidase activity and soluble sugar content increased when inoculating AMF at different Pb concentrations.[Conclusion]AMF could promote the growth of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings and regulate their physiological activities,which improved their resistance to Pb stress,while the promotion effect decreased at high Pb concentration.
