摘　　要：目的探讨自体肋软骨鼻尖榫卯结构整体支架在鼻整形术中鼻尖的塑形效果。方法本文实验观察对象总计40例,均为接受鼻综合整形者,纳入时间范围从2019年8月~2020年5月。所有病例均在采取自体肋软骨鼻尖榫卯结构整体支架治疗的基础上,联合超体鼻综合整形,通过6个月的随访,评价该联合治疗方案的整形效果。结果术后患者恢复时间平均(8.2±1.5)d,鼻尖突出的高度平均是(0.57±0.13)cm;随访发现:其中有2例患者发生鼻尖肿胀问题,采取针对性抗感染治疗、症状得消,并未对鼻整形效果造成影响。结论自体肋软骨鼻尖榫卯结构整体支架与超体联合治疗方案,有利于进一步提高整形效果,减小术后并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of autogenous costal cartilage nasal tip tenon and tenon structure integral support in nasal tip shaping in rhinoplasty.Methods A total of 40 subjects were observed in this article,all of whom received comprehensive rhinoplasty.The included time range was from August 2019 to May 2020.All cases were treated with an integral stent with an autologous costal cartilage nasal tip and tenon-and-mortise structure,combined with a comprehensive plastic surgery of the transplus,and the plastic effect of the combined treatment plan was evaluated through a 6-month follow-up.Results The average postoperative recovery time of patients was(8.2±1.5)days,and the average height of the nose tip was(0.57±0.13)cm;follow-up found that 2 patients had nasal tip swelling,and they took targeted anti-inflammatory treatment and symptoms.It does not affect the effect of rhinoplasty.Conclusion The combined treatment plan of autologous costal cartilage nasal tip tenon and tenon joint structure integral stent and transplus is beneficial to further improve the effect of plastic surgery and reduce the chance of postoperative complications.
