改良阴道紧缩术治疗产后阴道松弛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究改良阴道紧缩术治疗产后阴道松弛的效果。方法选取我院2017年6月~2019年6月收治的100例阴道松弛需要进行阴道紧缩术的患者作为研究对象,对患者进行改良阴道紧缩术,在修复前壁时于尿道中断加强缝合肌肉筋膜1针;如果患者出现便秘的情况,在后壁修复时缝合提肌3针。术后6个月,对患者进行随访,并比较分析患者手术前后基本情况、F-36量表评分和阴道松弛程度的不同。结果术后6个月阴道松弛程度明显低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。F-36量表(躯体疼痛、心理健康、整体健康)评分明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良阴道紧缩术可进一步改善阴道松弛程度,提高患者性生活质量。Objective To study the improved vaginal tightening technique to treat postpartum vaginal relaxation.Method We selected 100 patients with vaginal relaxation who required vaginal tightening surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 as the research object,and performed modified vaginal tightening surgery on the patients.Five months after the operation,the patients were followed up,and the differences in basic conditions,F-36 scale scores and vaginal relaxation before and after the operation were compared and analyzed.Results The degree of vaginal relaxation at 5 months after surgery was significantly lower than that before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with sex life,daily life,and husband and wife relationship was significantly higher than that before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The F-36 scale(physical pain,mental health,overall health)score was significantly higher than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved vaginal tightening can further improve the degree of vaginal relaxation and improve the quality of sexual life of patients.
