去顶开窗术和切开引流术治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎的对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析去顶开窗术和切开引流术治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎的临床疗效。方法30例头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎患者随机分为A、B两组,每组各15人,A组采用去顶开窗术,B组采用切开引流术,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、创面愈合时间、术后3个月临床疗效及术后6个月复发情况。结果A组与B组的手术时间及创面愈合时间有差别(P<0.05),术中出血量无差别(P>0.05);术后3个月A组患者显效率100.00%优于B组患者显效率66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月A组患者复发率6.67%低于B组患者复发率40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去顶开窗术治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎效果优于单纯的切开引流术,在临床领域值得研究推广。Objective To investigate the top fenestration and incision and drainage in the treatment of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens.Methods A total of 30 perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens patients were randomly allocated into two groups:group A(15 patients)received the top fenestration treatment,while group B(15 patients)received the incision and drainage treatment,and compare relevant data.Results The operation time,wound healing time of group A and group B were differential(P<0.05),while the intraoperative blood loss of these two groups was indiscriminate(P>0.05).The apparent efficiency 3 months after operation of group A(100.00%)is higher than group B(66.67%).and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate 6 months after operation of group A(6.67%)is lower than group B(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Conclusions Compared with the incision and drainage,the top fenestration is a useful method in the treatment of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens,and it is worth spreading in department of the plastic and cosmetic surgery.
