气压喷射甲硝唑注射液联合粉刺清除术及夫西地酸软膏治疗轻中度痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲硝唑注射液进行气压喷射联合祛痘术及皮损处涂抹夫西地酸软膏治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法将纳入的48例轻中度痤疮患者随机分治疗组和对照组,每组24例。治疗组采用气压喷液仪喷射甲硝唑注射液联合粉刺针清除粉刺和炎性异物及皮损处外涂夫西地酸软膏治疗,对照组采用粉刺针清除粉刺和炎性异物及皮损处外涂夫西地酸软膏治疗。14天治疗1次,3次为1个疗程,比较两组的临床疗效。结果第1次治疗后,治疗组疗效显著,起效时间明显早于对照组,第2、3次治疗后的皮损评分较对照组下降较为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总疗程结束后4周随访,治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组67.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气压喷液仪喷射甲硝唑注射液联合粉刺针进行痤疮粉刺清除术及皮损处外涂夫西地酸软膏治疗痤疮安全、有效,起效快,患者满意度较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of metronidazole injection combined with acne-removing operation and topical application of Fusidic Acid Ointment in the treatment of mild and moderate acne.Methods 48 patients with mild to moderate acne were randomly divided into treatment group and Control Group,24 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with metronidazole injection combined with acne needle to remove acne and inflammatory foreign body and external application of fusidic acid ointment,the control group was treated by removing the ACNES,inflammatory foreign bodies and external application of fusidic acid ointment.14 Days Treatment once,3 times for a course of treatment,comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After the first treatment,the onset time of the treatment group was significantly earlier than that of the control group,and the skin lesion scores after the second and third treatment were significantly lower than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks follow-up,the effective rate was 87.5%in the treatment group and 67.5%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metronidazole injection and acne needle with air pressure spray is safe,effective and quick in the treatment of acne and the external application of fusidic acid ointment.
