摘　　要：目的报告深圳星源艾美医疗美容门诊部于2018年接收1例面部瑞尔黑变病(Riehl’s melanosis)及临床治疗结果。方法文中采用非剥脱点阵激光,丹参注射液,黄芪注射液以及刺络放血联合舒敏专家的方法对患者进行了治疗。结果疗程结束后患者面部肤质改善,皮肤色素沉着变浅,肤色逐渐接近于正常肤色。结论通过舒敏专家联合非剥脱点阵激光及中医治疗方法可有效改善瑞尔黑变病患者面部皮肤状况。Objective Report a cases of Riehl’s melanosis Shenzhen Astar Aimei Medical Aesthetic received in 2018 and her clinical treatment results.Methods The patient was treated with 1540nm fractional photothermolysis,Danshen injection,Huangqi injection and blood-letting therapy with sensifree Pro,.Results After the treatment,the skin texture of the face of the patient improved,the skin pigmentation became lighter,and the skin tone gradually approached the normal one.Conclusion Combining sensifree Pro,1540nm fractional photothermolysis and traditional Chinese medicine treatments can effectively improve the facial skin condition of patients with Riehl’s melanosis.
