摘　　要：目的本文旨在探讨自体肋软骨行双侧小耳畸形全耳再造术的护理临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月在我院住院行取自体肋软骨行双侧小耳畸形全耳再造术的患者30例,评估患者围手术期并发症情况和对护理工作的满意情况。结果30例患者在手术之后患者均有不同程度的疼痛,一般为轻度至中度疼痛,在实行护理干预之后,疼痛均有了明显的减轻。在手术之后,患者有4例患者的负压引流出现了阻塞、漏气等的情况,均被护理人员和家属及时发现并进行了对症处理,未发生不良后果。患者对医护工作的满意度为93.33%。结论取自体肋软骨行双侧小耳畸形全耳再造术的患者实行护理干预能够降低术后不良事件的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,取得了良好的临床效果。Objective The aim of this paper is to investigate the nursing effect of total ear reconstruction with bilateral microtia from body costal cartilage.Methods 30 patients who received total ear reconstruction of bilateral microtia from body costal cartilage in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the nursing group,and the occurrence of perioperative complications and the satisfaction of nursing work were evaluated.Results There were 30 patients in the nursing group,all patients had different degrees of pain after the operation,generally mild to moderate pain,after the implementation of nursing intervention,the pain has been significantly reduced.After the operation,there were 4 cases of negative pressure drainage obstruction,air leakage,etc.,all of which were timely found by nursing staff and family members and symptomatic treatment,no adverse consequences occurred.The patients'satisfaction with medical care was 93.33%.Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with bilateral microtiar reconstruction from body costal cartilage can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work,and achieve good clinical effects.
