从区块链技术看网络虚假新闻的治理及其在新媒体时代的发展前景

摘　　要：在新媒体时代,媒体数量增多、竞争加剧,人人新闻时代来临。媒体监管难以到位,网络虚假新闻频繁出现。对于网络虚假新闻的治理需要社会多方面的合力,区块链技术作为一项新兴的技术手段,可以凭借自身去中心化、数据全程可追溯、信息不可篡改以及共识机制等优势与特点对网络虚假新闻起到很好的治理效果;主要体现在高可信度新闻数据库的建立、知识产权意识的强化与保护以及对于网络舆论环境的净化和重塑等方面。但与此同时,我们也应注意到区块链技术在新闻行业与传媒产业中的运用还面临着技术瓶颈与政策壁垒等问题,只有对其加以妥善的解决才能充分发挥区块链的技术优势,实现更为长远的发展目标。In the current era of new media,due to the increasing number of media,increased competition,the advent of the era of everyone’s news,and the increasing difficulty of supervision,internet false news is endless.The governance of online false news requires the combined efforts of many aspects of society,and it will also be a long process.As a new technology,blockchain technology can rely on its own decentralization,data traceability,information tampering,and consensus mechanism,which would have a very good governance effect on online fake news.It is mainly reflected in the establishment of a high-reliability news database,the strengthening and protection of intellectual property awareness,and the purification and reshaping of the internet public opinion environment.But at the same time,we should also note that the application of blockchain technology in the news industry and the media industry still faces technical bottlenecks and policy barriers.Only by properly solving it can we fully utilize the technical advantages of blockchain.
