摘　　要：《通典》是唐中期政治思想家杜佑历经三十余年独自撰写完成的中国历史上第一部典章制度通史,该书记叙了上自唐虞三代下至天宝末年的政治经济、礼乐刑法等各项典章制度的变迁历史。当代学者们从中唐史学、制度沿革、经世致用等多个角度对《通典》进行了研究,文章在此基础上进一步探寻杜佑礼乐思想产生的精神依据,揭示杜佑礼乐思想的政治功用及其现实效力,以深化杜佑礼乐观研究。Tong Dian is the first general history on the institutional system of decrees and regulations in Chinese history.The author of the book is DU You,a political thinker in the Mid-Tang Dynasty,who had spent more than thirty years on the book.The book recorded the evolvement of various decrees and regula‐tions including politics,economics,rites,criminal laws from ancient time to the late years of Tianbao.This article explores its political function and realistic effect,aiming to investigate DU You’s thoughts at an indepth level.
