摘  要:为了提高灭火弹仿真计算的准确性,针对影响仿真结果的主要因素——发生剂燃速模型、入口条件简化模型和发生剂点火判定条件,分别进行计算分析。最终建立了以推进剂为驱动源的灭火弹工作瞬态过程仿真计算模型,与试验值拟合良好。仿真结果表明:燃速模型的选取主要影响点火压强峰之后的压力-时间曲线;点火燃气模型的选取主要影响点火压强峰的出现时间与强度;点火判定模型的选取可以使升压曲线在时间上整体前移或后移。In order to improve the accuracy of the simulation calculation of fire extinguishing bombs,the main factors that affect the simulation results:the burning rate model of the generator,the simplified model of the inlet condition and the firing judgment condition of the generator,are respectively calculated and analyzed in combination with measured data.Finally,a simulation calculation model for the transient process of fire extinguishing bombs with propellant as the driving source is established,which fits well with the experimental values.The simulation results show that the selection of the burning rate model mainly affects the slope of the pressure-time curve after the ignition pressure peak;the selection of the ignition gas model mainly affects the appearance time and intensity of the ignition pressure peak;the selection of ignition judgment model can make the curve move forward or backward in time as a whole.
