摘  要:文章采用商业CFD软件进行数值模拟,分析抽口内部流场的流动损失特性并结合相应截面的流线图,以对比不同抽汽结构对流动损失的影响。计算结果表明:在抽汽腔室和连接管之间增加过渡腔室、将抽汽缝隙偏向主流进汽方向(减小气流折转角度)且进入抽汽腔室的流速尽量控制在50 m/s以下、抽汽腔室尽量为规则状、抽汽缝隙和连接管布置在腔室中部等措施能够明显提高整个抽口的气动性能。This paper uses commercial CFD software for numerical simulation to analye the flow field characteristics of internal flow and combines the relevant section streamlines diagram to compare the influence of different steam extraction structure onflow loss.CFD simulation results show that can obviously improve the aerodynamic performance of steam turbine extraction system which designes the transitional chamber between the steam extraction chamber and the connection pipe,decreases the flow turning angle between the main steam flow and extraction clearance flow,and the flow rate into the extraction chamber is controlled below 50 m/s,the extraction chamber is as regular,the extraction clearance and connection pipe arranges in the middle of the chamber.
