摘  要:为充分掌握工作温度为500℃及以上的小规格螺栓冷紧时的拧紧力矩是否合理、安全,排除现有紧固方法存在的安全风险,通过理论公式、有限元分析等不同方式对高温螺栓冷紧后的受力状态进行模拟,并选取相应的试验件进行高温试验验证,结合计算分析结果和试验检测结果对比分析,得出小规格螺栓在高温和常温下所需冷紧力矩存在巨大差异的结论。In order to fully grasp the reasablilty and safety of tightening torque of small size bolts with working temperature of 500℃and above,and to eliminate the safety risks existing in existing tightening methods,the stress state of high temperature bolts after cold tightening was simulated by theoretical formulas and finite element analysis,and the corresponding test pieces were selected to carry out high temperature test validation,combined with the results of calculation analysis and test results of comparative analysis,it was concluded that the cold tightening torque required for small size bolts at high temperature and normal temperature had great difference.
