摘　　要：以某公司叶片分厂作为示范基地,以"基于三维数字化的叶片产品与工艺设计平台"、"叶片制造数字化车间制造执行平台"以及"叶片MRO过程精细化管理平台"等三大平台系统为基础,进行叶片数字化工厂基础技术探索。本次应用取得良好的经济效益和社会效益,对企业数字化工厂建设有重大指导作用。This paper takes the blade workshop as a demonstration to explore the basic technology of the blade digital factory.This research has developed and built three platform systems:"three-dimensional digitalized blade product and process design platform","blade manufacturing digital workshop manufacturing execution platform"and"blade MRO process refined management platform".The research has achieved good economic and social benefits and has a significant guiding role in the construction of digital factories.
