摘  要:采用Moldflow计算机仿真技术,模拟了某燃机空心透平叶片熔模精密铸造用陶瓷型芯的注射成型过程,并采用短射试验验证了模拟结果。预测了该陶瓷型芯产生熔接线和气穴等缺陷的部位,对比了平均体积收缩率和尺寸检测结果,分析了陶瓷型芯中的石英玻璃棒的应力情况。Moldflow computer simulation technology was applied to simulate the injection molding process of ceramic core in the investment casting of hollow blade of gas turbine,and the simulation result was verified by short shot experiment.The position of weld lines and air traps were forecasted,the average volumetric shrinkage and dimensional inspection were compared,and the stress of results of quartz glass rod in the ceramic core was analyzed.
