学科助理在医院精细化管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过实行学科助理制度,全面掌握科室运营情况,实现科室精细化运营管理。方法医院为科室配备学科助理,学科助理每月撰写运营质量分析报告,分析科室运营情况、服务量、运营效率、技术开展、学科排名等指标,及时发现科室运营及学科建设问题并加以解决。结果科室收入结构进一步优化,服务量、运营效率、技术开展、学科排名均得到提升。结论学科助理通过科室运营分析协助科室主任进行管理,有助于提升科室运营效能,为医院管理者提供决策依据,逐步实现精细化运营管理。Objective By implementing the discipline assistant system,we can fully grasp the operation of the department and realize the fine operation management of the department.Methods The hospital provided the department with discipline assistants,who wrote monthly operation quality analysis reports,analyzed the department’s operation,service volume,operation efficiency,technology development,discipline ranking and other indicators,and found and solved the problems during department operation and discipline construction in time.Results The income structure of the department was further optimized,and the service volume,operational efficiency,technical development and discipline ranking were all improved.Conclusion Discipline assistants assist department directors in management through department operation analysis,which is helpful to improve department operation efficiency,provide decision-making basis for hospital managers and gradually realize fine management.
