摘　　要：医疗机构在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作中承担着重要职责。按照国家、上海市、浦东新区各级疫情防控政策文件要求,结合同济大学附属东方医院等医院的实际情况,针对新冠肺炎感染链的各个环节,通过构建应急管理体系,优化重点区域流程等不断调整完善防控措施,提高应急管理能力,保障患者及医务人员的健康安全,有序恢复正常医疗服务,为全国疫情防控和公共卫生管理提供参考。Medical institutions play an important role in the prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).In accordance with the policy requirements of all level including the nation,Shanghai,and Pudong New Area,and according to the actual situation of the affiliated East Hospital of Tongji University from every aspects of COVID-19 infection chain,we should constantly improve the prevention and control measures,improve the emergency management ability and ensure the health and safety of patients and medical personnel in COVID-19 infection chain by constructing emergency management system and optimizing key regional process,in order to provide reference for the national epidemic prevention and control and public health management.
