摘　　要：目的探讨入境人员定点接诊医院的防控管理经验,旨在有效阻断传染病院内传播。方法从环境管理、患者管理、消毒管理、人员管理、制度管理和督查管理六方面进行阐述,并指出防控中存在的问题。结果医院各项感控工作有序开展,入境疑似新冠肺炎患者得到快速筛查,入境非新冠肺炎患者得到及时有效的治疗,未出现院内交叉感染事件。结论研究入境人员定点接诊医院的感染防控策略,为其他定点医院的防控工作提供参考。Objective To explore the infection prevention and control experience of designated hospitals for immigrants,and to block the spread of nosocomial COVID-19.Methods The article elaborated on six aspects including environment management,patient management,disinfection management,personnel management,system management and supervision management,and pointed out the problems in the process.Results Infection prevention and control was carried out in an orderly manner.Patients with suspicious symptoms of COVID-19 were screened quickly,and non-COVID-19 patients received effective treatment.There was no nosocomial infection of COVID-19.Conclusion The infection prevention and control strategies of designated hospitals for immigrants can provide reference for other designated hospitals.
