摘　　要：为规范医疗机构处方审核工作,根据襄阳市中心医院的实际情况,通过信息化手段,建立处方前置审核系统,实现门诊处方和住院医嘱审核机制。该系统的应用,保障患者用药安全,提高处方合格率,提升药学服务水平。In order to standardize the prescription audit of medical institutions,this paper establishes a prescription pre-audit system according to the actual situation of Xiangyang Central Hospital.The application of the system ensures the safety of drug use,improves the qualified rate of prescription and improves the level of pharmaceutical service.
