摘　　要：目的探讨信息化推进落实手术分级精细化管理。方法基于事前—事中—事后管理理念,研发手术分级管理系统,构建手术分级管理的信息化闭环管理。结果手术分级目录和医师资质信息导入HIS后,与手术分级管理信息系统、手术麻醉系统、手术申请系统等对接,实现信息互联互通,重构手术资质申请、审批、授权、监管的流程,提高临床工作和医务管理工作效率。结论信息技术助力实现精准医师资质授权,推进医师能力考核,保障医疗质量。Objective To explore the information technology to promote the implementation of fine management of operation classification.Methods Based on the beforehand,in-process and afterwards management concept,the operation classification management system has been developed,and the information closed-loop management of operation classification management was constructed.Results After the operation classification catalogue and physician qualification information were imported into HIS,they were connected with the operation classification management system,surgical anesthesia system and operation application system,etc.Information connectivity has been realized.The procedures of application,approval,authorization and supervision for surgical qualification has been reorganized.The efficiency of clinical work and medical management were improved.Conclusion Information technology helps realize the qualification authorization of precision physicians,advances the assessment of doctors’ability,and medical quality is guaranteed.
