摘　　要：系统分析派驻保障模式下各级门诊部面临的新挑战,从职能使命、隶属关系、管理模式、人员构成等方面具体阐释,并总结提出新形势下门诊部抓好能力建设,应从思想引领、组织管理、服务质量、业务能力、人才培养、信息建设等方面,统筹推进、同步发力。This article systematically analyzes the new challenges faced by outpatient departments at all levels in the stationed model,from aspects of functional mission,subordinate relationship,management mode and personnel composition.It is concluded that under the new situation,we should pay great attention in capacity construction of stationed outpatient department from ideological guidance,organizational management,service quality,business ability,talent training and information construction.
