摘　　要：结合野战医疗队参加全军跨区基地化训练的任务经历,总结归纳分类后送组精准把握伤员流信息、高效组织伤病员分类的实践体会,针对战时伤员流通过特点,对野战医疗队分类后送组在人员调配、卫勤训练以及分类手段方面进行探讨,为更好地推进机动卫勤分队基地化训练,完成现代战争卫勤准备提供借鉴。Based on the assignment experiences of field medical team that participated in the inter-regional base-like training of the army,the article summarized the practical experiences which included the accurate understanding of wounded flow information after triage and evacuation,and the effective organization of the wound classification.According to the characteristics of the wounded flow in wartime,this article explored the aspects which included personnel assignment,medical training and classification methods regarding to the triage and evacuation.It provided reference for better promoting the base-like training of mobile medical service unit and completing medical preparations for modern warfare.
