摘　　要：Lo-cat法硫磺回收在生产运行中要加入大量的药剂,结合设计药剂指标,随着处理天然气中气量和气质的变化要随时进行调整。针对陕西省榆林市某天然气净化厂实际运行情况出现的硫磺沉降效果不佳、溶液发泡、叶轮积硫和管线堵塞等问题,分析和讨论了实际生产中药剂优化的研究。A large amount of chemicals should be added to sulfur recovery by Lo-cat method in production.Combined with the design of Reagent Index,it should be adjusted at any time with the change of gas quantity and gas quality in the treated natural gas.In this paper,the problems in the actual operation of a natural gas purification plant in Jingbian,Shaanxi Province,such as poor sulfur deposition,foaming solution,sulfur accumulation in the impeller and pipeline blockage,etc.,to analyze and discuss the research on the optimization of pharmaceutical preparations in practical production.
