摘  要:为确保3505工作面过空巷期间回采施工安全,针对向斜构造引起的顶板破碎、工作面仰斜过空巷期间容易出现的煤壁片帮、顶板冒落问题,提出在空巷内采用注浆方式,对空巷两帮加固,并在采面内布置钻孔注浆加固采面煤壁及破碎顶板,把原来松散的、不连续的煤岩体胶结成连续的、完整的受力体。现场应用后,空巷顶板下沉量控制在150 mm以内,空巷内及空巷旁液压支架工作阻力变化控制在120 kN内,工作面现场煤壁未出现大范围片帮、顶板冒落问题,确保了过空巷期间的安全施工。In order to ensure the safety of mining construction in 3505 working face during passing through the empty roadway,aiming at the problems of roof breakage caused by syncline structure,coal wall spalling and roof falling easily occurred during the working face inclined passing through the empty roadway,the grouting method is proposed in the empty roadway to reinforce the two sides of the empty roadway,and the borehole grouting is arranged in the mining face to reinforce the coal wall and broken roof The discontinuous coal rock mass is cemented into a continuous and complete stress body.After field application,the roof subsidence of empty roadway is controlled within 150 mm,and the working resistance change of hydraulic support in and beside empty roadway is controlled within 120 kN.There are no large-scale rib spalling and roof falling problems in the coal wall of working face,which ensures the safe construction during passing through empty roadway.
