摘　　要：针对公司回收系统中的氨分解装置、克劳斯装置、新制硫装置均为单套系统运行,无备用装置,且停车检修时,造成了酸汽、氨汽排放的问题,为了节能降耗,增加公司环保效益、提高硫尾气质量,公司根据装置设计,对其进行了改造,以提高系统运行的安全性和改善现场环境整治效果。In view of the single system operation of ammonia decomposition device,Klaus furnaces and new sulfur making unit in the recovery system of the company,no standby device,and the shutdown and maintenance,the problems of acid steam and ammonia steam emission are caused.In order to save energy and reduce consumption,increase environmental protection benefit and improve the quality of sulfur tail gas,the company has reformed it according to the design of the device in order to improve the safety of the system operation and improve the effect of the site environment improvement.
