摘　　要：介绍了PSA提氢装置吸附塔筒壁焊缝处裂纹概况,裂纹成因是由于筒壁焊缝处存在残余应力,在长期交变载荷下焊缝处形成表面裂纹,进而延伸至筒体本体形成贯穿裂纹。经过对裂纹进行了打磨补焊处理,消除了设备隐患,保证了装置安全生产。The crack in the wall of the adsorption tower of PSA hydrogen extraction unit is introduced.The reason for the crack is that the residual stress exists in the weld of the cylinder wall,and the surface crack is formed at the weld under long-term alternating load,and then extends to the cylinder body to form the through crack.After grinding and repairing welding,the hidden danger of equipment is eliminated and the safety of production is ensured.
