摘　　要：从罗茨风机工作原理、PID调节原理方面介绍采用变频调速技术的石灰窑恒量供气系统的工作原理,并以实例入手详细介绍印证变频调速在石灰窑中的恒量供气应用,突出体现了变频调速的系统可调节性、稳定性和安全性。This paper introduces the working principle of constant gas supply system of lime kiln with frequency conversion and speed regulation technology from the aspects of the working principle of roots blower and PID regulation principle,the application of frequency control in constant gas supply of lime kiln is introduced in detail,which shows the adjustability and safety of frequency control system.
