摘 要:煤岩体注浆加固是采用化学浆液来充填和固结围岩的断裂面,提高围岩整体性,保证围岩稳定。富康源矿为了解决过断层巷道顶板变形大的问题,本文以10503工作面为工程背景,利用数值模拟软件对注浆前后及不同注浆材料下的顶板下沉量进行分析,发现加固后顶板下沉量明显减小,且随着注浆孔距离的减小,顶板下沉量逐步减小,顶板稳定性好,为煤矿安全生产提供参考与借鉴。The grouting reinforcement of coal and rock mass is to use chemical slurry to fill and consolidate the fracture surface of surrounding rock,improve the integrity of surrounding rock and ensure the stability of surrounding rock.In order to solve the problem of large roof deformation in fault crossing roadway in fukangyuan mine,this paper takes 10503 working face as the engineering background,analyzes the roof subsidence before and after grouting and under different grouting materials by using numerical simulation software,and finds that the roof subsidence after reinforcement decreases obviously,and with the decrease of grouting hole distance,the roof subsidence gradually decreases,and the roof stability is good,which provides reference for coal mine safety production.
