摘　　要：目的探究时间目标管理对急性重症中毒患者抢救成功率及并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2019年12月本院收治的164例急性重症中毒患者的临床资料,按管理模式的不同分为对照组(n=84)与观察组(n=80)。对照组行常规救治管理模式,观察组在对照组基础上实施时间目标管理。比较两组救治项目合格率、抢救成功率及并发症发生率。结果观察组院前完成合格率、急诊准备合格率、抢救成功率均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性重度中毒患者急诊抢救时实施时间目标管理,有助于缩短院外院内抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,降低治疗后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of time target management on rescue success rate and complications of patients with acute severe poi-soning.Methods The complete clinical data of 164 patients with acute severe poisoning admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group(n=84)and observation group(n=80)according to different management mod-els.The control group performed routine treatment management mode,and the observation group implemented time target management on the basis of the control group.The qualified rate of treatment items,the rescue success rate and the occurrence of complications after rescue treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The pre-hospital completion qualified rate,emergency preparation qualified rate and rescue success rate were all higher than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Time target management in emergency rescue of patients with acute and severe poisoning,help to shorten the rescue time out-side the hospital,improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the incidence of complications after treatment.
