多西环素片联合红藤散结汤保留灌肠在辅助生殖子宫内膜炎患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究多西环素片联合红藤散结汤保留灌肠在辅助生殖子宫内膜炎患者中的临床价值。方法选取2018年6月至2019年8月于本院就诊的60例辅助生殖子宫内膜炎患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗A组和治疗B组,各30例。治疗B组采用红藤散结汤保留灌肠治疗,治疗A组在治疗B组基础上采用盐酸多西环素片联合红藤散结汤保留灌肠治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率。结果治疗A组治疗总有效率高于治疗B组,但差异无统计学意义。治疗A组临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率均高于治疗B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西环素片联合红藤散结汤保留灌肠治疗辅助生殖子宫内膜炎患者的临床疗效显著,且临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率高。Objective To explore the clinical value of doxycycline tablets combined with Hongteng Sanjie decoction retention enema in patients with assisted reproductive endometritis.Methods 60 patients with assisted reproductive endometritis from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into treatment group A and treatment group B,with 30 cases in each group.Treatment group B was treated with Hongteng Sanjie decoction retention enema treatment,and treatment group A was treated with doxycycline hydrochloride tablets on the basis of treatment group B.The therapeutic effect,clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group A was higher than that of treatment group B,however,there was no significant difference between the two groups.The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of treatment group A were higher than those of treatment group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline tablets combined with Hongteng Sanjie decoction has significant clini-cal effect in the treatment of patients with assisted reproductive endometritis,and the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate are high.
