前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨前列安栓应用于慢性前列腺炎治疗中的临床价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月于本院男科就诊的82例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,依据不同的治疗手段分为对照组与研究组,各41例。对照组给予野菊花栓治疗,研究组给予前列安栓治疗。比较两组治疗效果、NIH-CPSI评分、WBC计数及临床症状评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组NIH-CPSI评分和WBC计数均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组症状尺度评分、疼痛与不适评分、排尿症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组IL-6、IL-8、IL-10均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎患者效果显著,能有效改善临床症状,缓解疼痛和不适感,有助于促进患者排尿,同时还能减少WBC计数,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of Qianliean suppository in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 82 patients with chronic prostatitis who were treated in the Male Department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as reseach subjects and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given wild chrysanthemum suppository therapy,and the study group was given Qianliean suppository therapy.The treatment effect,NIH CPSI score,WBC count,and clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the NIH-CPSI score and WBC count in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the symptom scale score,the pain and discomfort score,and the urination symptom score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qian-liean suppository is effective in treating patients with chronic prostatitis,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,alleviate the pain and discom-fort of the patients,help to promote urination,and also reduce the WBC count.It is worthy of clinical application.
