摘　　要：目的探究左旋甲状腺素钠对甲减患者甲状腺功能及血脂水平的影响。方法选取本院2018年5月至2020年5月收治的甲状腺功能减退症患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各60例,对照组给予甲状腺片治疗,观察组给予左旋甲状腺素钠治疗,比较两组临床疗效、甲状腺功能指标、血脂指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FT3、FT4、TT4均高于对照组,TSH低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TG及LDL-C均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TC及HDL-C比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用左旋甲状腺素钠治疗甲减的临床疗效显著,能有效改善甲状腺功能指标并降低血脂指标,安全性较高。Objective To explore and analyze the effects of levothyroxine sodium on thyroid function and blood lipid levels in patients with hypo-thyroidism.Methods 120 patients with hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected,they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thyroid tablets,and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium.The clinical efficacy,thyroid function indexes and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FT3,FT4,TT4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and TSH in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were low-er than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in TC and HDL-C between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism is significant,which can effectively improve thyroid function indexes and reduce blood lipid indexes,the security is guaranteed.
