PFNA与股InterTan髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)与股InterTan髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者86例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各43例。PFNA组接受PFNA治疗,InterTan组采用股InterTan髓内钉治疗。比较两组手术相关指标,术后3、6个月髋关节Harris评分。结果PFNA组手术时间短于InterTan组,术中出血量少于InterTan组(P<0.05);术后3、6个月,两组髋关节Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后6个月,两组髋关节Harris评分均高于术后3个月(P<0.05)。结论股In-terTan髓内钉与PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者效果均显著,有助于促进患者髋关节功能的恢复,但PFNA内固定在减少术中出血、缩短手术时间中更具优势。Objective To compare the effect of anti-rotating intramedullary nail(PFNA)and femoral InterTan intramedullary nail on intertro-chanteric fracture of femur.Methods 86 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,and they were di-vided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.PFNA group received PFNA treatment,InterTan group was treated with femoral InterTan intramedullary nail.The surgical indicators,the Harris scores of the hip joint at 3,6 months after surgery be-tween the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the PFNA group was shorter than that of the InterTan group,and the intraopera-tive blood loss was less than that of the InterTan group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in he Harris scores of the hip joint between the two groups at 3,6 months after the operation;6 months after the operation,the Harris scores of the hip joint in two groups were higher than 3 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions The femoral InterTan intramedullary nail and internal PFNA fixation are effective in the treatment of inter-trochanteric femoral fractures,helps promote the recovery of hip function,however,internal PFNA fixation has more advantages in reducing intraop-erative bleeding and shortening operation time.
