安冲汤联合艾灸隐白穴治疗功能性子宫出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析安冲汤与艾灸隐白穴联合应用于功能性子宫出血患者的临床价值。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月本院收治的功能性子宫出血患者118例作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各59例。对照组患者给予安冲汤治疗,观察组患者给予安冲汤与艾灸隐白穴联合治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论安冲汤与艾灸隐白穴联合治疗功能性子宫出血患者效果良好,可及时止血,但使用艾灸过程中应注意保护皮肤,以免灼伤。Objective To explore the clinical value of Anchong decoction combined with moxibustion Yinbai acupoint in patients with function-al uterine bleeding.Methods 118 patients with functional uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were select-ed as reseach subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method,with 59 cas-es in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Anchong decoction,while patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of Anchong decoction and moxibustion Yinbai acupoint.The total clinical efficiency and complications rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pa-tients with functional uterine bleeding,the combination of Anchong decoction and moxibustion Yinbai acupoint has good effect,playing a role in timely hemostasis.During the use of moxibustion,the skin should be protected to avoid burns.
