摘　　要：目的分析异位妊娠中保守手术治疗和药物保守治疗对再次妊娠的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年1月本院收治的异位妊娠患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组实施药物保守治疗,观察组实施保守手术治疗。比较两组住院时间、血清β人绒毛膜促性腺激素恢复正常时间、输卵管完全畅通率和再次妊娠率。结果观察组住院时间、血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组输卵管完全畅通率和再次妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保守手术治疗异位妊娠的临床应用效果显著,可加速血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素的恢复,提高输卵管的通畅程度,进而提高妊娠率。Objective To analyze the effect of conservative surgical treatment and drug conservative treatment on second pregnancy in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 66 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received conservative drug treatment,and the observation group received conservative operation treatment.The hospitalization,serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin normal time,the probability of complete fallopian tube unblocked and the rate of second pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization and the normal time of serumβhuman chorionic go-nadotropin in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The probability of tubal complete unblocked and the rate of sec-ond pregnancy in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of conservative operation in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is significant.It can accelerate the recovery of serumβhuman chorionic gonadotropin,improve the patency of the fallopian tube,and increase the pregnancy rate.
