高质量发展背景下建筑与城市色彩规划设计指引——以郑州航空港经济综合实验区为例  

The Planning and Design Guidelines in Architectural and Urban Color under the Context of High-Quality Development:Taking Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone as an Example

摘　　要：在快速城镇化发展背景下,城市建筑与色彩难以得到有效管控。文章提出对郑州航空港经济综合实验区重点地区和一般地区建筑进行分级管控措施,重点地区对建筑布局、高度、形态等方面靶向施策、精细管控;一般地区遵循普适原则,通过对色彩分区管控,形成多元有序的整体形象。在高质量发展背景下,形成文字及图示语言表达的规划设计指引和管控语言,提升空间治理的精细化水平。In the context of rapid urbanization development, there is a lack of effective control over urban architecture and color palette. The paper proposed hierarchical control guidelines on architectures according to key zones and general zones in Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive experimental zone. For key zones, the paper recommends applying targeted and fine control on such aspects as architectural layout, height and form. For general zones, the architecture should follow universal principles. Moreover, it is advised to establish an ordered overall image through color zoning control. In the context of high-quality development, graphical guidelines for planning and design as well as control language should be formed, so as to ultimately improve the refinement level of space governance.
