摘　　要：对ITU-T/ITU-R/ISO/IEC共同专利政策差异进行研究,介绍了披露时间、披露要点、许可政策、专利转移等共同专利政策要点,详细阐述2012年、2015年、2018年三次修订后共同专利政策的变化,揭示发展方向等内容,从而为我国标准化组织的未来发展提供启示和建议。This paper mainly studies the common patent policy differences of ITU-T/ITU-R/ISO/IEC,and introduces the common patent policy points of these international organizations for standardization,as the disclosure time,disclosure points,licensing policies,patent transfer,etc.This paper elaborates the changes of the common patent policy after the three revisions of the international organizations for standardization in 2012,2015 and 2018,in order to reveal the development direction and operation mode of standardization bodies,so as to provide inspiration and suggestions for the future development of international organizations for standardization in China.
