摘　　要：党的十八届五中全会是我们党在全面建成小康社会决胜阶段召开的一次重要会议,成果丰硕、影响深远,尤其是把我国扶贫攻坚战略调整为脱贫攻坚战略的意义重大。深刻理解这一战略转变的重大意义,不仅反映了我们党对扶贫开发工作和经济社会发展规律认识的升华,而且为夺取全面建成小康社会决定性胜利、顺利实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标提供了强大的思想武器和行动指南。The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting held by our Party at the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The plenum achieved fruitful results and had far-reaching impact.In particular,it is of great significance to transform China poverty alleviation strategy into poverty elimination strategy.A deep understanding of the significance of this strategic change not only reflects the sublimation of our Party’s understanding of poverty alleviation and development work and the law of economic and social development,but also provides a powerful ideological weapon and action guide for achieving the decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and the smooth realization of the“Two Centenary Goals”.
